Napoleon Partner - Kevin Litleton

Kevin Littleton

Kevin Littleton is a Harlem New York resident born in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University in 2007 as a political science and religious studies major. He played four years for the Yale football team and was the recipient of the African American House Scholar Athlete Award (Calvin Hill) upon graduation. With 18 years of experience, Kevin has spent a majority of his Wall Street career at Goldman Sachs in equity derivatives and has traded across all asset classes. Kevin has a 9-year old son named Levi and and likes to spend time with his family.

Kevin has a heart for serving the community. A Jackie Robinson Scholar recipient himself, Kevin has helped facilitate three Jackie Robinson Scholarships and a Harlem School of the Arts Scholarship. He hopes to continue his relationship with the Jackie Robinson Foundation through Napoleon Partners.
He is also a die-hard Detroit Lions fan "before they were good" because of his grandmother

Kevin Richardson

Kevin Richardson began his career in finance at the foreign exchange and fixed income derivatives desks of Goldman Sachs before transitioning to a career in small business where he focused on maximizing the operational efficiency and financial performance of various start-ups. Known for a hands-on management style and strategic approach, Kevin specializes in optimizing daily operations, controlling costs, and driving sustainable growth in small business environments.

Philip Lockett

Philip leads investment strategy and portfolio management at Blackridge Capital. With a robust and diverse knowledge base, he boasts a proven track record in institutional investing, venture scaling, and delivering impressive returns for shareholders. He brings over 25 years of experience in equality special situations and fixed income portfolio management, having worked at renowned investment firms like Smith Barney and prominent hedge funds including Millenium, Merus Global, and Shay Capital. Phillip started his career as a Captain in the field artillery officer where he was Airborne and Air assault certified. He holds a degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, supplemented by an MBA from University of Michigan School of Business.
