Our Team

Kevin Littleton
Role: CEO
Kevin Littleton is a Harlem New York resident born in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University in 2007 as a political science and religious studies major. He played four years for the Yale football team and was the recipient of the African American House Scholar Athlete Award (Calvin Hill) upon graduation. With 18 years of experience, Kevin has spent a majority of his Wall Street career at Goldman Sachs in equity derivatives and has traded across all asset classes. Kevin has a 9-year old son named Levi and and likes to spend time with his family. Kevin has a heart for serving the community. A Jackie Robinson Scholar recipient himself, Kevin has helped facilitate three Jackie Robinson Scholarships and a Harlem School of the Arts Scholarship. He hopes to continue his relationship with the Jackie Robinson Foundation through Napoleon Partners. He is also a die-hard Detroit Lions fan before they were good, because of his grandmother.

Phil Locket
Role: Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management
Philip leads investment strategy and portfolio management at Napoleon Partners. With a robust and diverse knowledge base, he boasts a proven track record in institutional investing, venture scaling, and delivering impressive returns for shareholders. He brings over 25 years of experience in equality special situations and fixed income portfolio management, having worked at renowned investment firms like Smith Barney and prominent hedge funds including Millenium, Merus Global, and Shay Capital. Phillip started his career as a Captain in the field artillery officer where he was Airborne and Air assault certified. He holds a degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, supplemented by an MBA from University of Michigan School of Business.

Jason Taylor
Role: Head of Research & Trading
With over 25 years of experience, starting with selling municipal bonds to institutional sales and trading desks, he serves as a perfect complement to PM Philip Locket. Tasked with capital raises and investor relations, his broad range of experience, from retail oriented shops like E* Trade and Ameritrade, to institutional desks like Utendal Partners and Wells Fargo, give him a strong foundation to grow Napoleon Partners. Jason has a degree in finance from Temple University and is Series 7 & 65 licensed.

Napoleon Littleton
Named after Napoleon Bonaparte, who helped end the "Reign of Terror" in France, and lead the nation through its recovery, Napoleon Partners was established to pay homage to Napoleon Littleton. Napoleon Littleton was a United States Army veteran, father of five, Elder at his church in Detroit Michigan, and a mentor to many. We look to invest in the future good of America with each of our projects… just as Napoleon lived.
